Production Process:

The Wooden Coated PPGI Steel Coil is produced on a continuous color coating line. The base metal — typically galvanized or galvalume steel — undergoes surface cleaning and chemical treatment before the application of a primer layer. A specialized wood grain film or printing roller then transfers the wood design onto the surface, followed by a protective topcoat. The entire coil is cured at high temperatures to ensure excellent adhesion, color retention, and surface durability.
