Production Process:

Our PPGI coils are produced through a precise continuous coating line. The process starts with hot-dip galvanized steel, which is cleaned and chemically pre-treated. Multiple layers of paint (primer and topcoat) are then applied using rollers and cured in high-temperature ovens. Each step is carefully controlled to ensure excellent paint adhesion, uniform color, and long-term performance. We offer various coating systems (Polyester, Silicon Modified Polyester, PVDF, etc.) to meet different environmental and functional requirements.
